Arivee was previously an executive at a global biotech company, holding global leadership roles in Human Resources, Litigation and Compliance. In Human Resources, she led global employee relations and global leadership development focused on executive coaching and talent strategy for emerging and senior leaders. She also spearheaded enterprise-wide culture initiatives to elevate engagement and support a values-driven, high-performance workplace.
Prior to her in-house roles, Arivee practiced litigation at Goodwin Procter & Jones Day and taught Business Law at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. She also served as a law clerk on the First Circuit to the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts for the Honorable Denise J. Casper. Arivee’s legal and executive background gives her a deep understanding of the demands faced by lawyers and corporate leaders—and informs the practical, high-impact coaching she delivers today.
She has received numerous awards throughout her legal and corporate career, including the Hispanic National Bar Association Region I Latina Lawyer Trailblazer Award in 2025.
